Advice about "letting your dog out in the backyard" or "keeping the AC on all day for your bird" doesn't map cleanly onto a two-bedroom flat in Pune or a joint family home in Lucknow.
So this site exists to fill that gap: practical, honest, India-specific guidance for the four kinds of animals most commonly kept as pets here — dogs, cats, birds, and small pets like rabbits and hamsters. Every guide is written to be usable the same day you read it, with real seasonal considerations (monsoon skin infections, summer heatstroke), real budget constraints, and real local realities like adopting street dogs and community cats.
